Orthopaedic Manual Therapy

Our team of expert manual therapy practitioners have all completed post-doctoral training to be acknowledged as board certified specialist and/or Fellows of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists to provide skilled orthopaedic manipulative physical therapy (OMPT). Less than 5% of physical therapists hold such distinction. OMPT is a specialized area of physical therapy requiring post-doctoral study for the management of musculoskeletal conditions, based on clinical reasoning, using highly specialized treatment approaches including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises. 

Sports Medicine

Our physical therapy and sports medicine services are uniquely tailored to the individual athlete encompassing all phases of training including pre-season, in-season, and off-season services. We emphasize a thorough comprehensive assessment to reduce the risk of re-injury and improve performance during the rehabilitation process. The five pillars of our Sports Medicine Rehabilitation Program include:  (1) Prevention via Annual Participation Screens (2) Acute Management  (3) Sports Rehabilitation and Sports Performance  (4) Return to Sport Testing  (5) Interdisciplinary Collaboration. 

Vestibular Rehabilitation

Vestibular rehabilitation is a specialized form of physical therapy to alleviate problems causes by vestibular disorders including vertigo, dizziness, instability, and imbalance. Common conditions treated with vestibular rehabilitation include Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), Meniere’s Disease, Vestibular Neuritis, Acoustic Schwannoma, and Perilymphatic Fistulas. Additionally, these services benefit our Sports Medicine program for post concussive symptoms.

Using video conferencing we make treatments available during the busiest of times. Our specialty trained physical therapist will meet with you to assess your condition and provide real-time feedback to provide modifications and recommendations to decrease your pain and improve your function.

This creates a metabolic stress to the muscle, opposed to the more traditional mechanical stress, that triggers an anabolic cascade  increasing Growth Hormone (GH), Insulin Growth Factor-1 (IGHF-1), and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (
