Complete a unique golf performance training session to imrpove your mechanics and fitness. Trainings with Dr. Ford include individualized instruction based on the results of your Body-Swing Connection with follow up drills for home.

Gain speed. Gain distance! Overspeed training increases club head speed and gains distance. This program works by using different weighted clubs by SuperSpeed Golf with dominant and non-dominant swings to allow the players to create a faster swing speed. With our detailed and tested training protocol, you will see a 5% gain in swing speed in 6 weeks of regular practice.
This program includes a 30 minute session per week in our Golf Performance Lab and requires additional purchase of a set of SuperSpeed Clubs to keep.
