But, we do believe there is one efficient way for every player to swing and it is based on what that player can physically do. To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be screened. This screen involves an assessment of swing biomechanics, physical fitness, and movement quality. Following completion of a screen, we can help improve your body to continue playing the game you love.
Complete our comprehensive functional movement screen with 3D Motion Tracking in the Golf Lab followed by education on these findings to create the Body-Swing Connection. After review, an individually tailored program will be created for you to improve your swing efficiency.

Our highest level of golf performance training. Experience all the benefits of the Body-Swing Connection with the addition of ongoing consultation and training for one month while you refine the body-swing connection. Two additional assessments will be performed at your request to track your progress and progress training regimen.
Gain speed. Gain distance! Overspeed training increases club head speed and gains distance. This program works by using different weighted clubs by SuperSpeed Golf with dominant and non-dominant swings to allow the players to create a faster swing speed. With our detailed and tested training protocol, you will see a 5% gain in swing speed in 6 weeks of regular practice.
This program includes a 30 minute session per week in our Golf Performance Lab and requires additional purchase of a set of SuperSpeed Clubs to keep.
